Expanding the Trident family of fully automatic cleaning/defluxing systems, Aqueous Technologies has announced the Trident ZDO. This completely zero discharge system automatically washes, rinses, verifies cleanliness and fully dries assemblies within a single compact machine.

With Trident ZDO, there is no need to purchase separate water recycling systems as both the wash-solution recycling system and the rinse-water recycler are already built into the machine. The unit contains effective shadow mitigation technology suited for fine-pitch, low-profile components. With built-in cleanliness verification capability, Trident ZDO ensures that assemblies are cleaned to pre-selected cleanliness levels.

Trident ZDO's wireless barcode scanner allows all assemblies being cleaned to have their serial numbers scanned and entered into the machine's SQL database. All process data, including set and actual cleanliness results, are stored and are searchable in a multi-query format for the most powerful SPC available on any cleaning system.
