JOT Automation has introduced the modular JOT M10 which is claimed to offer the highest test capacity in a tiny footprint. The compact JOT M10 provides reliable testing of the full range of applications with a single platform on the factory floor.

JOT Automation has enhanced its position as a preferred automation partner by introducing compact test and assembly solutions meeting high capacity and reliability requirements. The company is introducing the JOT M10 Test Solution, JOT V4 Assembly Cell, JOT F1C Laser Marker and JOT Odd Shape Assembly Cell at the productronica show in Germany at Hall A3, Stand 415.

JOT Automation has widened the scope of its M10 product family by introducing an automated solution for software downloading. The JOT M10 Six Slider provides maximal software loading capacity in a minimal footprint for smart phones, making it a suitable candidate for fast-paced mass manufacturing. The solution is applicable for downloading software to assembled products or at the board level.

An automated solution, which speeds up the precision assembly of performance-critical components for smart devices, has been released by JOT Automation. When using the JOT V4 Assembly Cell, there’s no need to buy features not needed in production at the time. The customer can choose the modules needed according to their requirements, allowing machine functionality to be easily fine-tuned for future assembly and volume needs.

JOT Automation and Profilence have introduced an automated test solution for operators enabling a full system test coverage of all types of Android devices. JOT G3 with Profilence Tau speeds up the time-to-market and cuts total costs by testing the entire device in a reliable and repeatable environment. 

JOT Automation has announced that it will exhibit in Booth 2749 at the IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place 24th to 26th February 2015, at the San Diego Convention Centre, California. JOT manufactures automated manufacturing solutions for smart products with the aim of making life more fun, safe, healthy and ecological.

Designed for automated test lines, the JOT Scanner Unit SCU-439 and JOT Fail Separation Unit FMM-440 modules have been released by JOT Automation. The devices can be used alongside any process equipment that needs product identification data, or where there is a need to mark or separate faulty products post-processing.

At NEPCON South China 2014, JOT Automation will demonstrate a number of fully-automated products including the JOT G3, JOT Odd Shape Assembly Cell, JOT Tiny, JOT Vision Inspection Cell, JOT Router and JOT IDeA.

A desktop robot for focused plasma treatment, the JOT400 Plasma Cell, has been launched by JOT Automation. The JOT400 Plasma Cell is offered with a programmable path control system which performs cold plasma pre-treatment for products as small as a wristwatch computer up to a 10-inch tablet.
