Nimbletronics ups its X-ray capability
Scienscope International has announced that Nimbletronics has selected its X-Scope 2000 X-ray Inspection System, a full featured high-performance system which features a fully integrated 90 kV high power closed X-ray tube and 4 x 3in high-resolution CMOS digital flat panel image detector. Additionally, the 60° camera tilt enables oblique angle viewing.
Nimbletronics has experience in the following markets: Semiconductor, Medical, Telecommunications, Defense, Security, Audio, Video, Industrial, Energy, Radio Frequency (RF), Network, and many more. The company specializes in quick-turn assemblies with capabilities of placing fine-pitch components such as WLCSP and uBGA with 0.30 mm pitch, 01005, 0201, and many small lead-less packages.
