Suitable for entry-level professionals, the i-CON NANO soldering station has been introduced by Kurtz Ersa North America. Featuring a footprint of only 145x80mm (5.7x3.1"), the manufacturer has claimed that the i-CON NANO is the first ultra-compact 80W industrial soldering station in the world.

Targeting customers in production, development, rework and maintenance, the ESD-safe soldering station uses the ultra-light (30g) i-Tool NANO soldering iron and roughly 40 different tips from the i-Tip series 102. With a heat up time only 9s, the station provides outstanding finishing quality and superior heating technology.

The soldering tip features sensor detection and precise temperature control to deliver outstanding soldering results. Energy and consumable costs are lowered with standby and sleep functions, while the i-tool NANO also allows for the independent exchange of heating elements and long life tips.

Equipped with an LCD display and two control buttons, the i-CON NANO soldering station uses a microSD card and PC software to safely and simply configure three fixed temperatures, standby and other parameters.
