To deliver better customer service and accommodate further growth, Intertronics has opened a new facility in Kidlington. Inaugurated on 25th February 2019, the building provides increased warehouse space to enable next day delivery, an enhanced office area to house its growing team and a new Technology Centre to give customers greater access to Intertronics’ equipment and expertise.
The additional space will allow Intertronics to store a greater number of adhesives, coatings, sealants, and mixing, dispensing, and curing equipment.
The improved warehouse capabilities will help Intertronics further develop its customer service by enabling next day delivery for a wider range of products.
“We are always striving to deliver the best customer service,” explained Peter Swanson, Managing Director of Intertronics. “Our new facility helps to make this possible as we continue to grow. Choosing the right adhesive and dispensing equipment for an application is a challenging task and we are is passionate about helping our customers make the right choice.
“By opening a state-of-the-art facility with over two and a half times the space, Intertronics can continue to offer an excellent selection of materials, coatings and sealants for manufacturers and product designers,” added Swanson. “The move will also future proof our business, ensuring we have space for an expanding team as well as a warehouse to hold our critical stock and growing product range.”
In the new Technology Centre, Intertronics’ specialists will offer customers hands-on trials and demonstrations of its extensive range of adhesives, dispensing equipment, robots, curing equipment and more.
The new site will also be home to a workshop space dedicated to custom-builds. In the workshop, Intertronics builds bespoke products, such as fully integrated dispensing systems, to meet the specific requirements of a customer’s application.
