Acculogic was awarded a 2017 Global Technology Award in the category of Test Equipment for its Scorpion BRiZ. The award was presented to the company at a ceremony during productronica in Munich, Germany. Acculogic’s Scorpion BRiZ is an automated test and programming platform that can be configured to perform in-circuit, functional and boundary tests, and in-system programming. The Scorpion BRiZ is the ultimate test platform for cost-effective, optimized solutions engineered for real production environments.

The Scorpion BRiZ is a unified automated test and validation platform that can consolidate any variety of circuit assembly test and programming applications into a single, compact, low-cost station. It can be engineered for any R&D or test requirement.including analogue, digital, power, conformance testing of LTE/LTE-A, Bluetooth, WLAN and GPS.

Across various implementations of RF transmitter, the Scorpion BRiZ RFST can perform tests and measurements that are essential to ensuring proper operation.

Some of these include channel power (CHP); adjacent channel power (ACP); unwanted signals - harmonic, intermodulation, and spurious; phase noise IQ; modulation quality - error vector magnitude (EVM) (also known as relative constellation error (RCE).

The platform is equipped with a quick changeover, mechanical test fixture, designed with an interchangeable cassette. This is a money saving way to build test fixtures for different products.
