Metrology X-ray system installed at Saline Lectronics

Saline Lectronics has purchased and installed a Nikon Metrology XT V 160 Varian 1313Dx X.Tract PCB inspection system with the Advanced Service Kit, AutoTransformer, and Inspect-X Software. According to the company, the system will better enable Lectronics to provide customers with fast, automated 3D component inspection.

Manufacturer increases it's SMT capacity and efficiency

An electronic manufacturer has increased it's SMT capacity with the acquisition of manufacturing equipment. Saline Lectronics has purchased two Juki FX-3RA High-speed Modular Mounters. As well as increasing the company's SMT capacity these purchases will also increase it's efficiency, enabling manufacturing technicians to rely more on machines.

Saline Lectronics Expands Its Juki Lines with an FX-3XL Chip Shooter

Saline Lectronics, Inc. has added a Juki FX-3XL to its repertoire in order to remain flexible and meet customer needs. Saline Lectronics currently has four Juki surface mount lines for SMT PCB assembly. The FX-3XL will be part of Saline Lectronics’ second high-speed line.
