Annealer enables heat treatment up to 50mm
ADVANCE RIKO has expanded its MILA-5000 series with the Mini Lamp Annealer MILA-5050, which enables heat treatment up to 50mm square size.
The series has contributed to the research of various materials and the development of heat treatment techniques in a wide range fields. However, recently the company has received requests from customers to enlarge the sample size because the current model can only treat up to 20mm square size.
The MILA-5050 is a desk top type in which heating furnace, chamber and temperature controller are all integrated. Capable of rapid heating, cooling and clean heating with a cold wall structure, the device can be connected to a computer via a USB.
The MILA-5050 is suitable for the rapid thermal annealing of Si wafer and compound wafer, electronics materials such as substrates of optical CVD, and metal materials. In addition, the device can be used for the heat treatment of glass substrates, ceramics and compound materials as well as organic materials and resins. The MILA-5050 can also be used for thermal cycle tests and the heat resistance evaluation of coating films.
