Japan Unix to exhibit desktop soldering robots

Japan Unix announces plans to exhibit in Booth 8 at the upcoming SMTA Expo in Guadalajara, Mexico, which is scheduled to take place from 14th to 15th October at the Riu Hotel in Guadalajara, Mexico. Company representatives will demonstrate the 410S series Japan Unix Desktop Selective Soldering Robots.

The 410S series is available with a high precision feeder, offering a 15% improvement in speed. The system is suitable for manufacturers that require fast, precise operation. The 410S series is available in two slim versions, allowing customers to choose the best robot to fit their objectives. Both are available with many options such as the clean cut feeder, XYZ tip correction mechanism, camera system, fume extractor, wire preheater, N2 generator for lead-free applications and lock-on mechanism for the feeder.

Easy-to-install, the 410 series enables users to instantly automate soldering, from cellular to in-line manufacturing and more. It also offers super-rigid and dust-proof construction.
