As a preview for the upcoming IPC APEX show in Las Vegas (March 15-17) Digitaltest plans to show major new developments including the new MTS 505, Condor, flying probe solution which provides capabilities for larger boards and faster programming. In addition, on the hardware side, the company will be showing significant updates to our In-Circuit and Functional test systems.
The reverse engineering software, Digitizer 2.0 will be on parade. This new generation of the reverse engineering software has been developed as part of the INPIKO project, which covered aspects such as optical and x-ray techniques.
Digitizer 2.0 can link with data from other systems and provides new methods to determine unknown component values using new and innovative metrology techniques.
Digitaltest will also be showing the latest updates to QMAN, aquality management software that should excite people looking to manage quality and yields around the tests and inspection processes.
