EMS provider bolsters functional test capability
A 4060 Flying Probe Tester from SPEA has been bought and is now installed at EMS provider Rocket EMS. The addition of the flying probe further expands Rocket’s already extensive functional test capability. The SPEA 4060 is a multipurpose flying probe system designed to cover the widest range of test requirements.
High mechanical speed, six total probes, extreme accuracy and a comprehensive range of board loading modules, overall configurability and fast setup changes are only some of the features of the SPEA 4060.
