ViTrox Technologies will exhibit at NEPCON South China and new products – V310i 3D SPI, V810i Mini AXI and V-ONE – will be highlights along with the V510i Advanced 3D Optical Inspection System.
ViTrox's V310i 3D SPI system inspects PCB boards up to 510mm x 505mm. It can accurately detect solder paste related defects in high-speed mode. The Programmable Spatial Light Modulation (PSLM) of V310i 3D SPI eliminates the mechanical operation and moving parts, greatly improving the ease of use and reliability, and reducing the maintenance costs compared to other solder paste inspection technologies available in the market. The patented D-Lighting achieves full light spectrum detectability, which aims to solve the shadow effect and reduce noise interference during 3D measurement. It can also be connected to ViTrox's V-ONE Solution.
Additionally, ViTrox’s V810i Mini is said to be the smallest footprint in-line 3D advanced X-ray inspection system (AXI), certified by TUV SUD and TUV CE in Machine Directive, EMC and Rheinland (NRTL). V810i Mini is specially designed for the automotive industry, providing the fastest inspection speed and widest test coverage in the world. It supports up to 4.5kg board weight and maximum board size of 287mm x 523mm (11.3" x 20.6"). With the introduction of Motorized X-Ray Tube, V810i Mini offers greater top clearance up to 50mm and bottom clearance up to 80mm. High accuracy and repeatability are achieved with this motorized closed-loop design.
ViTrox's V-ONE is the new solution-based product recently launched that combines all of the previous and future ViTrox software into one suite of solutions to connect the inspection machines in SMT production lines in order to monitor their performance on a real-time basis. V-ONE allows users to manage factories smarter and optimize factory resources across geographical locations.
Additionally, ViTrox will display TH1000i tray-based vision handler (for back-end semiconductor inspection) and the V510i 3D AOI, resulting in a complete one-stop solution for SMT lines.
