PCB manufacturing service eliminates tooling charges
Customers can now use Beta LAYOUT’s PCB-POOL manufacturing service to produce flexible PCB designs. This service combines numerous PCB designs and manufactures them together, eliminating tooling charges and reducing the overall cost for the customer.
The flexible PCBs are currently available as single layer or double layer, with polyimide used as the base layer. The thickness between the copper layers is 18µm, while the overall PCB thickness is 0.2mm.
